Returns and exchanges of merchandise: Shoppers wishing to return goods should contact Marathon West and request a Return Authorization. Only goods specified on the Return Authorization may be returned. Returned goods must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice and the Return Authorization number. Unauthorized returns will be returned to the shopper at his/her/its expense. Merchandise returned after 30 days from date of invoice will be charged 15% restocking fee. Merchandise is non-returnable after 60 days from date of invoice. Used or damaged merchandise is not returnable. "Special order" items are non-returnable or cancelable upon and from commencement of the production. Above policy applies to exchange of goods purchased as well.

Marathon West delivery policy: An estimated delivery date will be provided after your order is placed. These dates vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location and the items you order. Products may be delivered in separate shipments. Delivery dates noted apply to orders placed by 2:00 p.m. local time on the same business day* that the order is placed. Marathon West, Inc.'s website is operated within the continental US for customers within the US and therefore do not ship or bill to international addresses. MarathonWest.com delivers to street addresses (not P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO) in the continental US only.

*Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, except holidays.

Do I have to sign for my package? For your package safety, it is best to have someone available to sign for your order during the hours of 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except holidays (UPS may deliver to residential addresses up to 7:00 p.m.). If no one is available UPS may follow its own policy in handling of your package. In certain instances, your order may not be suitable for driver release. The driver will leave a note with instructions on how to receive your order, or you will be contacted for a redelivery.
